Platform Availability
ZenX Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not liable for any temporary interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenX Academy is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the same jurisdiction.
Digital Goods Compliance
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. However, this right is waived if:
- The consumer has given explicit consent to begin performance immediately.
- The consumer acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

Licensing vs Ownership
All digital content available through ZenX Academy is licensed, not sold, to you. Upon purchase or access authorization, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content in accordance with these Terms.
This license is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to any third party without the express written consent of ZenX Academy.

By making a purchase through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your relationship for payment processing is with the respective third-party processor, not directly with ZenX Academy.

Your use of third-party payment processors is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ZenX Academy is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
You may be required to accept the terms of the third-party payment processor as a condition of completing a transaction.
