After 7 days, refunds are not available.
Eligibility & fair use
To keep refunds fair for all customers:
We may decline or offer a partial refund if a substantial portion of the course has been completed or if a significant amount of downloadable content has been saved during the 7-day window.
Abuse (e.g., repeated refunds across many courses) may result in account limits or termination.
How to request a refund

Bundles & promotions
Refunds for bundles or promotions are issued at the actual bundle price paid.
Taxes
Where required by law, any applicable taxes charged at checkout are included in the refund and handled by Paddle. Paddle
