Structural agreement between ZenX Academy and the User.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ZenX Academy. This document constitutes the binding agreement between you ("the User") and STE Cosmos Divin ("the Operator," "we," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the ZenX Academy platform, website, and associated services ("the System").
By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access the System.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STE Cosmos Divin. Access to the digital content, intellectual property, and membership areas of ZenX Academy is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the System following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the System, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of Tunisia or other applicable jurisdictions.
4. Account Security
Access credentials are strictly personal. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Nature of the Service
ZenX Academy is a digital platform providing educational materials, structured intellectual content, journals, and membership access. The service is digital in nature and delivered electronically. We do not guarantee that the System will meet your specific requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Access & Memberships
Access Layers
Specific content may be restricted to users with active, valid memberships. Access tiers determine visibility of The Archives, The Manual, and Journals.
Non-Transferability
Your right to access the content is personal to you. Membership rights may not be shared, resold, or distributed to third parties.
Verification
We reserve the right to verify account ownership and suspend access immediately if sharing or unauthorized distribution is detected.
7. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the Operator to charge applicable fees. All fees are displayed in the currency selected at checkout.
Renewal, Cancellation & Suspension
Cancellation & Refunds
For recurring memberships, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, refunds are generally not issued once access has been granted or content downloaded.
Access Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend access immediately without prior notice for violations of these terms, payment failures, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property & Usage
9. Intellectual Property
All content included on the System is the property of STE Cosmos Divin or its content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or sell any information obtained from the System.
- Use the content for commercial or public purposes without express written consent.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the System only for lawful purposes. Prohibited use includes reverse engineering, using automated bots, disrupting the service, or sharing login credentials.

Materials on ZenX Academy are provided on an 'as is' basis. STE Cosmos Divin makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the materials.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall STE Cosmos Divin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for accessing the System in the preceding twelve months.

15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunisia.
