We sell digital educational products only: self-paced video lessons, guided audio sessions, and downloadable PDFs/workbooks. We do not sell physical goods or provide 1:1 coaching/consulting, medical, or financial advice.

3) Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 (or older if required in your country) to use our services. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

4) Pricing, taxes, and payments (Paddle as Merchant of Record)
Payments for zenx.academy are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates and remits applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax), issues receipts/invoices, and handles chargebacks and refunds. Your receipt will be issued by Paddle. Paddle

5) Access & license
Upon successful payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased digital content for the access period stated on the product page. You may not share, resell, or redistribute content.

6) Acceptable use
No unlawful use, infringement, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass payment/access controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7) Refunds

10) Limitation of liability
