Zenx Academy operates with transparent policies regarding pricing, digital products, refunds, and subscriptions. These policies comply with payment processor requirements and applicable consumer protection laws.
Pricing & Enrollment
All prices for Zenx Academy products are clearly listed in advance of purchase. Prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of transaction.
Enrollment grants access to digital content only. No physical products are included with any purchase. Access may be:
- Time-limited with a specific end date
- Subscription-based with recurring billing
- Perpetual for specific digital products
Zenx Academy makes no guarantees of outcomes or results from use of our digital content. All products are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Digital Products Policy
All products offered by Zenx Academy are delivered digitally. Delivery methods may include:
- Streaming access through our platform
- Digital downloads for offline use
- Platform access with user authentication
Access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment verification. No physical items are shipped under any circumstances. Users are responsible for maintaining their own access credentials.
Digital products may be subject to technical requirements including internet connectivity, compatible devices, and updated software. Zenx Academy is not responsible for compatibility issues with user equipment.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, refund eligibility is limited. Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If a technical issue on Zenx Academy's end prevents access to purchased content
- Duplicate charges: If a user is charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Accidental purchase: If an accidental purchase is reported within 24 hours of transaction
Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@zenx.academy within 7 days of purchase. Requests must include transaction details and a clear explanation of the issue.
Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds may be denied unless required by applicable law. Access logs may be reviewed to verify usage.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in the user's account, depending on the payment processor.
Subscription Policy
For subscription-based products, the following policies apply:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user
- Users can cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund past payments
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
- Users will receive notification of upcoming renewal charges
Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Users will be notified of price changes before the next renewal date.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Sharing login information may result in account suspension without refund.
Zenx Academy implements reasonable security measures to protect user accounts but is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Legal Compliance Notice
Zenx Academy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in jurisdictions where our products are offered. These policies do not limit statutory rights that may be available to consumers under local law.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers including Polar, Paddle, and Stripe. These providers have their own terms of service which may apply to transactions.
